Customer service

1) Send a request for quotation

We will reply the RFQ within 24 hour receiving the RFQ and provide with our best price and lead time.


2) Quality ensure

· Goldeagle technology has very strict standard for the quality of the parts, we will run the testing for each and every parts through our QC department for visual inspection testing before     we will arrange the shipping for the parts to our customer.

· For more function testing we can send the parts to the third party testing department for testing by customer's need.
· The testing fees for the third party testing department will be paid on the customer's side.
· If the parts didn't pass the testing we will overcome the testing fees.


3) Listing systems

Few parts we've represents on the web page may not be the most recent confirmation quantity and prices, the customer has to send us a RFQ before placing an order, we will then update the latest description about that parts, and if the parts ran out we will then find across for our customer. If there's no cross parts we will reply our customer on the first place about the parts are "out of stock". We will keep our listing updated on daily base.


4) Refund

Some parts under customer's requirement it will may not run through our testing department, and if the parts are having an issue or the parts are not up to standard or not up to customer's requirement we then allows full refund.

a. Not to standard

If the parts are not to the standard quality we can do refunds.

b. Not to customer's standard

If the parts to our customer is different for the PO listed requirement please send us the pictures of the parts received, and we will arrange an exchange or refund as to customer's request.

c. All standard are full filled

If our parts to customer full fills all the requirement and testing, we will then not accept any refund.


Shipping Methods

1. Shipping service

Goldeagle technology offers different kinds of shipping methods: we may help you arrange the delivery of the package via FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, USPS or Other way you prefer, you may choose your own shipping service if you have cooperated with some specific delivery company. We also accept the shipping method as the client requested.


2. Shipping Systems

Shipping cost is based on size, weight, destination of the package. We have long-term business relationship with FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS. We will try our best to offer you the favorable express price. For your packaging security, we will purchase with the customer's requirement.

The shipping cost will be based on the weight/Size from UPS/FedEx/USPS/DHL

The shipping cost will be charged on the customer side, customer should provide the shipping account or we will arrange the shipment with our account and takes the shipping charge in the invoice.

Once the goods are shipped out we will provide tracking number at the first point to the customer through E-mail.


Delivery Time

1. Lead times

The lead time for the parts arrive to us will usually take three days based on the manufacturer needs the lead time maybe takes longer.


2. Delay situation

The holidays or long term vacation such as Christmas and some Asian manufacturer such Japan or Korea may also has long term vacation holidays that may delay the lead time or delivery time.


3. Delivery time

We will arrange the shipment once the parts arrive to us. Delivery Time depends on Shipping Method and Delivery Destinations.

Business days:

Our business days are Monday to Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.


Payment Method

1. International customer

Goldeagle Technology offers MasterCard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, prepaid by wire transfer. Goldeagle Technology cannot accept personal checks or certified personal checks. Use of NET term and Escrow must be approved in advance by Goldeagle Technology's Accounting Department.


2. Local customer 

Goldeagle Technology offers check, money order, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, and prepaid by wire transfer. Payment must be made in the currency in which the order was placed.Use of NET term and Escrow must be approved in advance by Goldeagle Technology's Accounting Department.


3. PayPal notation for customer

For the PayPal customer there will be a transaction fee on the payment.

For our minimum purchase order is $100, using PayPal there will be a transaction fees about 4.4% for the international customer. The list is below:


Sales within US

2.9%+$0.3 transaction fees

International sales

Transaction fees plus a fixed fee based on the currency received.
